Small: Measures 15" across the front when layed flat at the shoulders. 
13 1/2" across layed flat at the waist and the length measures 17”
Medium: Measures 16" across the front when layed flat at the shoulders.
14 1/2" across layed flat at the waist and the length measures 19 1/2”
Large: Measures 17" across the front when layed flat at the shoulders.
15 1/2" across layed flat at the waist and  the length measures 21 1/2”
X-Large: Measures 18" across the front when layed flat at the shoulders. 16 1/2" across layed flat at the waist and the length measures 24”
2XL-  Measures 19" across the front when layed flat at the shoulders.
17 1/2" across layed flat at the waist and the length measures 26 1/2”
